At Da Giovanni you step right into Italy. Buongiorno! Enthusiastic waiters greet you at the door and are delighted to take good care of you, while the pleasant bustle leaves you wanting more! The typical Italian red and white chequered tablecloths and the Chianti bottles on the ceiling complete the picture. And while you choose your favourite dish, you can enjoy fresh bread with herb butter and marinated olives.

In our kitchen, our experienced chefs prepare everything themselves: from the tomato sauce and pizza dough to the panna cotta and tiramisu. We have completely refined our recipes into top dishes over the years. We only work with the best quality in our kitchen: Italian tomatoes and brands. Local market vendors, butchers, etc. bring all the ingredients to our restaurant on a daily basis. At Da Giovanni we serve fresh and delicious food.

Real Italian Kitchen

Hundreds of pizzas (with the toppings of your choice) pass through our stone oven every day. You have a wide choice of dozens of pizzas. Something for everyone’s taste! Other popular dishes our waiters serve several times a day include osso bucco with tagliatelle, lasagne, pasta carbonara, pasta with scampi or salmon. On our menu you will certainly find a dish that you will enjoy!

Everyone is welcome

At Da Giovanni you get value for money: a warm welcome, a homely atmosphere, delicious food and free bread, herb butter and olives. And when you leave, we offer you a nice mint: the ideal fresh finishing touch to a fun and tasty evening. Children also feel right at home with us. They get a colouring book to express themselves creatively and can choose a customized children’s dish. A bit bigger already? Great news: our restaurant is the ‘inventor’ of the student discount. After all, we want students to eat delicious and healthy food every day. So be sure to drop by!

(Large) groups too

Groups of up to three hundred people are more than welcome in our restaurant. Are you coming with 5 people or less? Then there is no need to book. It’s best to do so from 5 people onward so that we can save you a spot. Usually, you do not have to wait long in our restaurant. Is that exceptionally the case? Then you can enjoy the busy waiters while waiting and it’s always a pleasure to see the passionate pizza bakers at work.
